When we started working with Cellular Goods they were a brand-new start-up, and needed support with the DTC part of their business in order to support high growth targets and global expansion.

The business launched without an in-house Brand or eCommerce team, and the business leaders faced a growing need for brand and digital expertise across all channels. Multiple agencies were working in silo many of whom lacked understanding of the customer and the CBD market.

The website lacked UX consideration within the design and had inadequate customer journey optimisation, leading to stunted performance. While the brand had a healthy database, there was no CRM programme or strategy in place.

Built 12-month strategic brand plan
Managed the brand, marketing and eCommerce functions over a 12-month period. Conducted a brand and digital audit which informed the development of new customer targeting and a 12-month marketing plan including forecast, budget and monthly KPIs.

Developed a new strategy for the website, focusing on improving on site conversion, acquiring new customers and improving site design and content offering. This included channel recommendation and onboarding new technology and apps to support our plan.

Built and implemented a new CRM and marketing strategy focused on harnessing both the existing database and recruiting new leads. Deployed automated flows, brand building and commercial sales driving emails utilising personalisation and segmentation.
